• As part of our all-inclusive fee policy, the fee shared below includes all heads related to Tuition, Montessori educational material, stationary, books and other learning aids, weekly lunches (applicable from Montessori III onwards), Annual events, Montessori events, Class photographs etc. However, any additional fee related to services taken by outside vendors/providers will be charged on actual basis, which will be communicated to parents in advance.


• Once admission is granted, and on completing all documentation and formalities, it is understood that the seat has been taken for a whole academic year and that applicable term fees are due for the full year.

• Admission fee is non refundable
• This is proposed fee for Academic Year 2021-22 subject to approval

– Regular mode – Regular school timings defined as

• Montessori I (morning batch) – 9:15am – 11:40am
• Montessori I (noon batch) – 11:50am – 2:15pm
• Montessori II – Montessori IV – 9:00am – 1:15pm
• Grade I, II and III – 8:00am – 1:30pm

– Extended mode – Only for Montessori I – 9:15am – 1:30pm

– Full Day mode –

• Montessori I – Montessori IV - 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Graders – 8:00am – 6:00am

Fee Rules for Parent’s Notification –

1. All Fees should be paid via online, cash or cheques (local bank branches only).
2. Admission Fee is charged only at time of admission.
3. Quarterly Fee can be paid in Quarterly or Annual Mode.
4. Annual Fee and Start-up and Activity Fee is to be paid for every Academic Year. These fee heads are non-refundable in case the child leaves school in the middle of the Academic Year.
5. Only Caution Fee is refundable but strictly NOT adjustable.
6. Fee under all other heads once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. All Fee heads defined are payable in totality even in case of absence from school due to illness, school holidays, closures directed by Government authorities.
8. Transport fee, if opted for, is payable on Quarterly basis. There will be no charges for the month of June. This fee is subject to mid-session revisions, subject to movement in fuel prices.
9. School is at liberty to revise Quarterly and other fees as and when it is essential. Any application of Taxes/Cess from the Government of India will also be passed on in totality to parents. A minimum of 10% increment in Fee will be implemented every year.
10. Failed payment issued by cheques will result in a penalty of Rs.350 per transaction.
11. Late Fee – If fee is not received by the 15th of April/July/October/January, fine will be levied thereafter:
    1. Late Fee fine between 16th – 20th of the payment month – Rs 30 per day
    2. Late Fee fine between 20th – 30th of the payment month – Rs 50 per day
    3. A registered notice will be sent if the fee is further delayed
    4. Late Fee fine between 1st – 10th of the next month – Rs 100 per day
    5. If the Fee is not paid by the 10th of the next month, name of the student will be struck off the rolls and student will be required to clear late fee fine and repay admission fee to continue
12. Withdrawals –
    Parents are required to give notice of withdrawal in a prescribed format to the school authorities at least one month in advance of beginning of the next quarter. No Transfer/School Leaving Certificate will be issued without clearance of previous dues.
    1. In case of Mid-of-Session Withdrawals, parents are required to submit withdrawal intimation in prescribed format at least one month in advance of beginning of the next quarter. Any processing of withdrawal intimation received without the required notice will result in forfeiture of the Caution Fee. There will be no refunds, other than Caution Fee, for mid-quarter withdrawals.
    2. In case of End-of-Session Withdrawals, parents are required to submit withdrawal intimation in prescribed format by 15th February. Any processing of withdrawal intimation received post 15th February will result in forfeiture of the Caution Fee.
    3. However, in case of emergency transfers/other issues, parents are required to move an application along with supporting documents for due consideration by the principal.
